Is parking free?
Yes. There is a free parking lot at the store on 43a Avenue, including an accessible space.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7:00 to 23:00. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 to 23:00. Holiday hours are posted in store and on the Google profile.
Do you help match a coil to my device?
Yes. Bring the device, the tank or the old coil and we will match the replacement. A photo of the model also works if the device is not with you.
Can you order a product you do not stock?
Yes. Custom product ordering is available at the counter. Lead times vary, and we will confirm the price and arrival before ordering.
Do you recycle batteries and pods?
Yes. Battery and pod recycling is available in store. Tape exposed terminals and keep loose cells away from metal.
Do I need ID?
Yes. Vaping products are for adults 18+. Government-issued photo ID is required for anyone who appears under 25.
Can I buy online?
No. The catalog shows what we carry; orders are in store only.
